  • The listed prices are per apartment per night, including VAT, tourist tax, and cleaning fee.

  • Children up to 2.99 years old stay free of charge without a bed. Baby cots are available upon request for free.
  • We accept credit cards and cash.
  • We can issue an invoice for your employer as well.

  • PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

  • THE STATED CAPACITY IS MAXIMUM.
  • In winter, we recommend bringing snow chains.
  • In the case of early termination or interruption of the stay through no fault of the accommodation provider, the accommodation provider is not obligated to refund the guest the paid price for the stay or any proportionate part of it.

  • Prepayment for High Season, Easter, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve:

    A 50% prepayment of the total stay price is required after reservation confirmation, payable within 5 days.
    The remaining 50% is due 14 days before the arrival date, or on the day of arrival.
    In case the advance payment is not paid by the due date, the reservation is automatically cancelled.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    Cancellation 14 – 7 days before the arrival date – 50% of the total stay price will be charged.
    Cancellation 6 – 0 days before the arrival date, or in case of no-show (absence without prior cancellation) – 100% of the total stay price will be charged.

  • Refund Process:
     In case of a cancellation with entitlement to a refund, the amount will be refunded within 7 business days.

Full Service:
Hot bath delivered at the agreed time, bathrobes, champagne		 1200 CZK
Self-Service: Delivery of filled tub, prepared wood, bathrobes. Heating the bath to 38°C takes 4-5 hours; guests add wood to the stove themselves, approximately every 20-30 minutes. 500 CZK
