  1. The provisions of these accommodation rules must be followed by every guest staying at Apartments HÁJOVNA. By receiving the apartment keys, the guest agrees to these rules and commits to adhering to them.
  2. The guest may use Apartments HÁJOVNA for the period that has been properly booked and paid for in advance.
  3. The accommodation facility may only accommodate a guest who is properly registered. Unregistered persons are prohibited from staying. Upon check-in, the guest must present identification documents necessary for registration (ID card, passport, or other travel documents). According to § 5, 10–16 of Act No. 110/2019 Coll. (Personal Data Protection Act), the accommodation provider is the data controller and must comply with the obligations set out in §§ 5, 10–16 of the law regarding personal data processing and protection. Visitors are allowed only with the operator’s consent.
  4. Based on the reservation, the guest is provided with accommodation.

  1. The guest is required to pay for accommodation and services according to the valid price list of the accommodation provider. The provider may require a deposit at the time of booking. In case of cancellation by the guest, the accommodation provider may charge cancellation fees as specified depending on the source of the reservation (e.g., www.apartmany-hajovna.cz, www.booking.com).
  2. Smoking and starting fires are strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of Apartments HÁJOVNA, except for the tiled stoves (apartment no. 1 Lipová and apartment no. 3 Dobřín) – the guest is responsible for their safe use. It is prohibited to burn any kind of waste in them; only prepared firewood is allowed.
  3. To maintain a clean environment, we kindly ask guests to clean their shoes before entering the premises and use indoor slippers inside the apartments. Walking in dirty shoes or ski boots inside the building is not allowed.
  4. It is prohibited to dispose of trash outside designated areas or otherwise pollute the environment. Cleanliness and order must be maintained throughout the building.
  5. The operator of Apartments HÁJOVNA is not responsible for any loss or damage to the guest’s property, including parked vehicles and items left inside, nor for any belongings brought into the accommodation facility, including jewelry, money, or other valuables.
  6. The guest is entitled to use only the accommodation areas. Without the operator’s consent, the guest is not allowed to move furniture, make repairs, or interfere with the electrical system or other installations inside or outside the building.
  7. Guests are allowed to use personal electric appliances only for personal hygiene (e.g., razors) and devices such as personal computers or mobile phone chargers. It is NOT ALLOWED to use personal kitchen appliances. Clothes can be dried using portable drying racks or towel heaters in the bathrooms.
  8. Water must be used sparingly to avoid depleting the natural water source.
  9. The guest is responsible for any damages caused to the property of the accommodation provider and is obligated to compensate for them in full.
  10. The guest is required to lock their apartment and the main entrance door every time they leave the apartment, turn off the lights, unplug electrical or gas appliances, close the water taps, and turn off the television. Upon departure, the guest must return the keys to the responsible person. If the keys are lost, the guest must cover the costs of replacing them, including changing the key cylinder in the entrance doors.
  11. For safety reasons, it is not allowed to leave children unsupervised in any part of the accommodation facility. Parents or the persons entrusted with their care are responsible for children during the entire stay.
  12. Sports equipment or other items should not be brought into the apartments. For storage, there are CYCLE BOXES and a ski rack and boot dryer in the cellar. Charging e-bike batteries is allowed only in the electrical sockets inside the cycle boxes. Charging e-bike batteries is PROHIBITED inside the building or in common areas.
  13. From 22:00 to 07:00, the guest must maintain NIGHT QUIET. In case of a serious violation of the night quiet, the accommodation provider or their representative may terminate the guest’s stay immediately, without financial compensation.

OUTDOOR AREAS

  1. Guests may use the designated part of the property for “commercial purposes” – the garden area to the left of the entrance door (when facing the main entrance), including the fire pit and the children’s playground. THE DESIGNATED ENTRY TO THE PRIVATE PART OF THE PROPERTY, i.e., the area to the right of the entrance door (when facing the main entrance), is prohibited for safety reasons. Entry into the private area is at the guest’s own risk. The operator is not responsible for any harm that may occur.
  2. Fire Pit – a designated area in the garden for sitting by the open fire and grilling:
  • Only persons over 18 years old are allowed to start the fire.
  • The fire must never be left unattended by someone over 18 years old.
  • The fire must be maintained in such a way that it does not endanger the surrounding area (plants, forest, buildings, etc.) and does not disturb other guests.
  • Only wood, charcoal, and charcoal briquettes may be burned at the designated location or on the grill, without the use of any accelerants.
  • Fires must not be started in adverse weather conditions.
  • Starting fires in other areas is prohibited.
  1. Sports activities may only be conducted in the designated “commercial” zone. All sports activities are done at the guest’s own risk. The provider is not responsible for any injuries or health damages.
  2. The children’s playground may only be used under adult supervision (parents, etc.) in accordance with the PLAYGROUND OPERATIONAL RULES. The operator urges guests not to let children use the playground unsupervised.
  3. Motor vehicles must be parked in the adjacent parking lot. The parking lot is not supervised, and therefore, the provider is not liable for any loss or damage to the vehicle or items left inside.
  4. The guest must exercise caution when moving around the building of Apartments HÁJOVNA due to the risk of injury on slippery grassy slopes, and in winter, the risk of slipping on snow and ice. We recommend wearing suitable footwear.
  5. Pets and other animals are not allowed in Apartments HÁJOVNA.

Each guest is responsible for securing their belongings to prevent theft or damage, including items left in parked vehicles. The accommodation provider is not responsible for any potential damage.
